Mr. Steinke is a scientist, entrepreneur, and product developer with a passion for detail. He has been involved in a wide variety of ventures from MegaCorporation to sole proprietorship and has worn many hats along the way including, Adventure Guide, Consultant, Promoter, Partner, Real Estate Investor, Scientist, Technical Salesman, and Founder. One skill runs common to all of these pursuits, problem solving. Mr. Steinke's areas of focus include Energy/Earth Sciences, Consumer Products, and Youth Sports and Adventuring. Mr. Steinke holds a B.S. from the University of South Carolina and an M.S. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mrs. Steinke is a corporate executive, scientist, and dancer with a record of success in managing cross-functional teams through complex programs. She has a particular talent for communicating technical topics to non-technical, commecial stakeholders. Mrs. Steinke's areas of focus include Space/Planetary Science, Energy/Economics, Entrepreneurial Management, and Arts/Entertainment. She is the founder of Charity Chili, a catalyst for nonprofit giving and volunteering. Mrs. Steinke holds a B.A. with distinction from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, an M.S. from Yale University, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
